The Interesting Stuff

Katherine Lozada is a native of Colombia, where she studied International Business and obtained  her degree. When she moved to the United States, she became passionate about Early Childhood Education and began taking different courses.  At the same time, Katherine began volunteering at a preschool and fell in love with this new career path. She attended Massbay Community College and began taking ECE courses to become certified as a teacher and lead teacher through the EEC. Katherine has 5 years of experience working with children. Additionally, she also has experience working with children who have special needs (down syndrome and autism). Currently, Katherine is studying to obtain her associate degree in early childhood education at Urban College of Boston. She also enjoys new training and learning opportunities for Professional Development courses offered by EEC Strongstart. Katherine has a very positive attitude and charisma, she is friendly and always smiling. She has a natural connection with children, which is why she believes that Montessori education is an excellent opportunity for wonderful children to develop based on respect, independence, values, and love. In her free time she likes to skate and her favorite sport is soccer. One of her favorite things to do is watch football matches with her husband, especially those in the Premier League and Champions League. Ludmila is certified in CPR and First Aid. She loves teaching at Montessori Escuela because of its unique teaching style and multilingual community.
